So, what is the real price tag ? More than a Hellcat Challenger ?

What do you think?

250K ?

Don't know how true it is, but I've heard in the range of 400 large.

Not for a V6. Hell no

The XJ220 was priced at L470,000 British pounds when new.  Dollars don't always get you cubic inches.

It's a Jaguar.  It was also powered by a V6 twin turbo.

I'd pass on the gag, I mean Jag

And although they look a bit dated now for styling, do not underestimate their high speed capability, those things would move.

I read that the choice of V6 might be because LeMans rules put a V8 at a disadvantage AND they run the same engine in another racing series so they have data for it already. I don't know if it's actually any lighter. Some have been wondering why not the new flat crank v8? That's the top dog as far as performance moving forward. The "Ecoboost" is all branding so if it fits it can't hurt the company as a whole.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

I imagine they'll be waking up Enzo (so he turn around) before the LeMans race is over.   :scratchchin:
