Yep. That's exactly what I heard. Rex wasn't making his payments, and got seriously behind when the car was gone, then stopped making them when it got back.  Hence the reason for the extortion of cash from Mark Worman.... among other reasons.

U code for engine so it should be an RT.

moparnation74

What a debacle.  The way Rex handled this, I don't wish Ill but he deserved getting the car repo'd.  Rex had no right ethically or legally to treat Mark in the manner he did.

Ghoste

I wonder what the future of the car will be now?

comet_666

Wait what happened? This is the car that was "wadded up to the back seat" from GYC correct?

Looks like it was parked in a storage building when these pictures were hastily taken, interior not even cleaned out.  I heard a couple of weeks ago that Rex "lost the car" so this explains a lot.  Based on the unprofessional way he was acting on Facebook, I think losing the car was pretty much a forgone conclusion.

GreenMachine

It was listed several thousand cheaper last week.
If it ain't broke, fix it 'till it is.

Ghoste

Well they do appreciate daily you know.  ;)

So is it a good thing or a bad thing that all this car's "closet skeletons" were aired out for all the world to see?  Bad for the seller and good for the buyer I guess...

If true the car was a repossession, which everything points to right now... the bank will be the one losing money.   On Facebook, Rex said he paid $52,000 for the car.   I guess he walks away like he basically rented it.  Based on my impressions on Facebook, he's not a smart dude.  :whistling:

How come his Description did not mention the accident & work done to it? It was a POS before it got hit, Now after rear got pushed up into back seat it's really a big POS. I wouldn't pay more then $10k for it. :eek2:

The description had very generic wording, similar to what you would expect from Wikipedia.  That further clarifies it was done by a financial institution......definitely not a car person.

Ghoste

It does read like a Wiki description.

That's "the" car?

Funny, when I read that my immediate though was of the 70 V code "AC" car...   Not the GYC cluster f**k.

Too many sublime green 70 chargers with bad mojo around these days.   :rotz:

So it is a real add, so sad to see it come to this, looks like the right hand guard to front bumper filler rubber has gone missing, how would that come out. :brickwall:
