Hi folks, just wanted to give you an update on what's in store for the Fleetwood show. We'll be on international TV again with the filming of My Classic Car hosted by Dennis Guage. Our wonderful friends George Barris and Gene Winfield return once again. This year were featuring 100 years of Dodge products and who better than the actual Dukes of Hazard stars Tom Wopat & John Schnider will join us with a TV show exhibit. I'm now making inquiries on some of the other stars as well. With this country theme makes the return of the famous square dancing tractors ( team farmall) . The vintage jets will be flying overhead as well .
Mark your calendars for this one as it should be a huge draw and a great means for charity fundraising !

I will be there.  I was talking to the guy who organizes and hosts that show and he mentioned that he is going to have 5 cast members from DOH on hand to sign autographs.  Didn't say which ones.

i talked to Steve last night as he returned my call from Arizona & he mentioned that about the DOH actors. I think we need a good DC.COM showing. I plan on going..hoping Steve will have my car in the Dodge display

Did he mention which actors?  And yes a good Charger showing from here would be nice.  Its close so any of our Michigan members with passports should seriously consider it.  A big show with a diverse group of cars.

Sorry I didn't get over there and chat more guys.  By the time I saw everything it was mid afternoon and it looked like there were guys beginning to leave.  Having earned the leaky t-stat housing on the way in we made an instant decision to top up the rad and "lets leave right now".
Turned out to be the right choice too as we had to stop several times on the way home and refill the rad.  A buddy left 30 minutes after us and said he had quite a wait getting out and I think another sit in traffic would have meant a ride home on a flatbed.
