1968 Charger floorpan question

Are these supposed to be here ? . They are about a 1/2 - 5/8" in diameter . There are 1 ea side the of the rear drivers side seat brace ( shown here ) and there is just one forward  of the ft brace

They sure look like they are die stamped like the larger ones are

Here is the third one.
They sure look like they are factory,,but I dont remember a plug small enough to fill them .

Pass side floorpan had been replaced previously so I cant compare it side to side

yes. as seen in troys pic. his has the plugs in it still.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............
