1968 Charger floorpan question

Are these supposed to be here ? . They are about a 1/2 - 5/8" in diameter . There are 1 ea side the of the rear drivers side seat brace ( shown here ) and there is just one forward  of the ft brace

They sure look like they are die stamped like the larger ones are

I would guess Bench seat holes.?

Here is the third one.
They sure look like they are factory,,but I dont remember a plug small enough to fill them .

Pass side floorpan had been replaced previously so I cant compare it side to side

yes. as seen in troys pic. his has the plugs in it still.

I don't see a hole that close to the support though. I'll try to crawl under and get a pic from the same angle.
