Does anyone have experience with these products?

I am wondering if they work well and if there are any downside/precautions I should be aware of.

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

Never tried that one I have always just scraped off old gaskets and silicone.

I just use carb or brake cleaner.
