It's interesting to see where so many of these cars seemed to end up.  The real high end cars i.e. multi-carb or big motor 4 speeds were always slim in my part of the world(AZ).  Not many dealers wanted cars with no A/C sitting on the lots.  Plenty of 440-4bbl cars with A/C and power options, but not many bruisers.  It sucks for those of us who prefer the bruisers.  There's virtually no such thing as original AZ, NM cars left here to buy locally.  All the local heavy cars that are here now started life somewhere else and ended up here.  My 500 was originally from Minnesota, thank god it left that area while it was still a virtually new car.
