Hi all,

I'am installing my gaspedal to the floor of my 69 charger, but I am missing the roller under the pedal. Can someone send me some (pics of the) dimensions of this roller thing.
Does it have a bearing or metal base in the middle? is it rubber, nylon, metal? because then i can start milling this thing like original.

Thanks so far!

its hard plastic / nylon  :shruggy: :scratchchin: ,  made out the same stuff the heater control buttons  are made out of ,   no  metal sleeve or bearings

from where it goes down to 1/4  from 5/16 there is a bout a 3/64 ish " chanfer  :shruggy: counter sunk , both sides  , not sure of the correct word  :icon_smile_blackeye: :slap:  I would just forget that bit &  just counter sink it both sides with a suitable drill bit

ALBSURE1091

I just used a bearing from an old skate wheel.
Works perfect & it was free.

Anyone use an aftermarket gas pedal setup?
