Restoring my heater box (non A/C) I have questions

I have my heater box disassembled and all the rusty metal parts in Evapo Rust. I have some questions I think you guys will be able to answer.
1. I have the heater box part number stamp. The number was originally stamped in yellow. What do I use to restamp this number, paint or ink? What shade of yellow do I use and where can I buy it?
2. What should the black metal panel be painted? Gloss or semi gloss?
3. Is the rubber seal on the driver's side fresh air box door replaceable?
4. Who sells the correct fasteners (u nuts specifically)?
5. Who sells the correct rivets to reattach the brackets If I decide to remove and refinish them? I'd rather not use pop rivets.
Thanks!
I'm sure I will have more questions in the future.

I got my stamp made from www.rubberstamps.com.  So I took exact measurements and used the correct fonts on the stamp builder tool.  The stamp was around 10.00 shipped. Then I matched the paint with a color available at hobby lobby.  For the paint, I used eastwoods chassis black.  I got my seal kit from detroit muscle as well.  I did not remove the rivets, had to deal with a lot of taping.

1. I have the stamp. I was wondering whether I use paint or some kind of special ink with the stamp.
3. There is a seal that appears to be attached to the flapper (door). I thinbk it might be fine to reuse. I also have the DMT kit. It looks to be a nice and complete kit.
5. Pan Head screws and nylocs is a great idea.

We just got a Hobby Lobby. I will have to check it out.

Maybe someplace like NAPA or Rock Auto might have them?

PM me your email, I will send you pics of the stamp and the paint from hobby lobby with the code.

Practice on another piece of metal a few times.

I glass beaded the brackets attached to the heater box.  I just taped around the clamp on the plastic to protect it.  Then used a rust preventer on it.  Then painted it.

2. What should the black metal panel be painted? Gloss or semi gloss? Meaning the ft cover I assume ? they area satin black . I use duplicolor engine enamel . The silver rear plates are seymoure stainless steel painted

3. Is the rubber seal on the driver's side fresh air box door replaceable? Yes

4. Who sells the correct fasteners (u nuts specifically)? essentially any decent auto parts stores can get them

5. Who sells the correct rivets to reattach the brackets If I decide to remove and refinish them? I'd rather not use pop rivets. I get mine thru rivet online .

stamps  came from Rubber Stamp Champ. for the yellow I use silk screeners ink
I will forwarn you,, if you remove the cable brackets, they can be very tedious to re-install

Restored mine using DMT kit. Overall, pretty satisfied. Instructions are a little jacked in a few areas but nothing you can't figure out.
I used SEM trim black on all black pieces and Dupli-Color stainless steel for the metal pieces, I just taped off the stamp when I sprayed it.

68ChargerJMP ,
Looks great! Did you spray the fiberglass part of the box also? Great idea about taping the stamp. I am happy with the DMT kit. Very complete, good fit and quality.

Yes, I painted the box with trim black too. The front metal cover looks a little glossier I guess because it is metal. I don't think the box is supposed to be painted, but couldn't take the dirty brown fiberglass look.

I taped off the stamp on the front cover too. I cleaned and painted the cable brackets with them attached to the heater box.
