Well, I guess if Larry had driven backwards into the train like you hoped, the explosion may have made a little more sense.

Maybe you wanted a "Butch and Sundance" type of ending with a freeze frame, letting viwers think they maybe got out alive?
I can see that. The original ending gave good shock value though.

That's why in Fast and Furious the CHARGER made it past the train it was a throwback to DMCL, but then came the SEMI  :nana: :icon_smile_big:

I don't mind the original ending, but they could have substituted in a Camaro like they did in Vanishing Point.
