Left hand lug nuts with a 45 chamfer?

I was wanting to run Bassett wheels on my 68 Charger with stock drum brakes and studs. Bassett says they need 45 chamfer lug nuts, 1" oversize open ended... and I can't find anyone who carries left hand lug nuts with a 45 chamfer (they're all 60). Anyone have a source?  :brickwall:

Eventually I'll probably swap out the studs for rh lug nuts to work.. but pretty sure the fronts are swedged in... so it's gonna be a beast.  Looking for a quick fix now....

Only options are to swap out the studs or grind/mill the angle on the nuts to a 45*. 1" lug nuts are cheap enough, and you only need ten of them, so you might try this mod first.

You could get some 7/16" threaded units and drill and tap them to 1/2" left hand.

In the time it takes me to post this you could press new studs. I know, cause I'm running the Bassett's too.

Changing the studs would not address the 45 degree chamfer called for on the nuts.

Yes, I believe it would. Were he to change the studs they would all be right-handed.
