Honestly though, Can't it be fixed? i mean i see people building chargers basically from scratch on here, Was it "pipo"? or something who built a charger in italy, and completely redid his front frame?

It can be fixed, but you'd definitely need a parts car, in which there'd be hardly anything left.  Our Chargers are sort of like a Challenger now, you can buy most of the parts aftermarket (AMD).  It's just not that way for the 71+ Plymouths.
