Looking for info on a Charger in Windsor Ontario

Have a guy on FABO defending a known scammer (Cat Restorations). Says he bought a '74 Charger off said scammer and restored it. Says he lives in Windsor Ontario.

The car is a 1974 Dodge Charger, blue in color. Says the Ontario Government registered it as a "Charger RT" (yes I know there is no such thing) by "accident". Says the last time he drove the car was in the 2012 Woodward Dream Cruise. Says he also owns a '73 Plymouth Roadrunner.

Any time someone has asked for a picture of this Charger (supposedly appraised at $35,000) there is an excuse on why he can't post a picture.

Anyone have any pictures of a blue '74 Charger at the Dream Cruise in 2012 or anyone in Ontario know this car?

I'm 40-45 minutes from Windsor and it doesn't ring any bells with me.  I can go through my photos of local shows and see if there is a 73-74 in there anywhere that looks like someone stuck an RT badge on it.

Thanks. He didn't say he stuck any badges on it, just that it was registered in Ontario as a "Charger R/T". All he will admit is that it's blue and appraised at $35,000 

He did say that he lives near the CANUSA Diner next door to the "Outlaw MC Clubhouse"
