I was hoping someone here may have experience with coronet cars. I am looking at a coronet 440 that all looks original except a 383 1969 hp engine and i believe sure grip rear end? I know much more about chargers and roadrunners but very little on coronets. I always thought they were cool but never seen any for sale close to me. My question is if it is hard to get parts for this type of car? and do you have an idea on value?

I added a link to some pictures.

That looks exactly like my old coronet. ;)
For most parts it's the same moneywise as for a rr or a charger, exept for the misc charger parts like grille, taillights etc.
Value is about the same as any other  2 door b body from 68 - 70 ( chargers a bit more )

Looks like a complete car.
If the price is right,go for it.
I still regret i've sold mine
1969 Charger R/T 4 speed A33 Track Pack.
1967 Dodge a108 360 Magnum. Daily driver
1969 Dodge Charger"the car you can take your kids in to school on a friday,go shopping on a saturday, dragrace on a sunday and go to work on monday"

If you can buy that Coronet for a song, buy it.

Um how can you know about RRs & chargers and not know coronets?
Its the same car, maybe just slightly better then a plymouth slightly less then a charger.

If by parts availability you mean opening up the AMD catalog and having it all, then not as well as the Charger.  If you mean everything else, its just as popular in the aftermarket as the Charger and they sold far more of them than Chargers.
The Super Bee was for essentially a Coronet with the performance stuff already made standard and the Coronet 500 as the fancier trim level was the same thing for the Coronet RT.
You'll love the car.
