Very funny, but yes, that driver should not be on the road.  It may be age related, intelligence related, or due to intoxicants.  Either way, get off the road.

Hmm-- Wonder if that lady got one of those licenses one can get if they don't have a birth certificate or ss number?
We do have to be politically compliant. If the proper ID is not required than how would one expect competence to be required?
As I recall on my driving test I had a guy in my car with me watching every move I made and I almost failed because I had a suicide knob on my steering wheel. (It was a 57 Desoto).  I told him I needed it because their were so many turns of the wheel needed it helped me make the necessary quick moves required to parallel park. ---I think they were not legal --
