Today I called my other neighbor to ask if he's ever seen this pervert looking in the stepdaughters window.  He said no but saw the pervert watching MY daughter and a friend dancing in our driveway awhile back.   This was news to me and confirms my claims and suspicions of perv watching my daughter.   My neighbor said he will gladly make a statement to sheriff's.   

By the way, my daughter is only 12.

I just ran across this topic and it saddens me that we live in a world with such sickos.   I hope he gets charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for his actions.  Maybe life sentence in a mental ward would be a good place for him, along with a lobotomy or two for good measure.  The one preventative suggestion that I thought of when I read this is to buy some of that reflective limo tint and have the windows of the house tinted that way.  I know it is a pain to have to do this, but it would at least stop him from being able to look in when the windows are closed.  I hope this gets stopped soon...

I strongly disagree with anything like tinting the windows as even a partial or temporary fix for what is going on.  It is at the very least the first step at hiding what is happening.
Let's not forget the girls involved here. They need to know the whole story and the sooner the better. (they after all are the ones that need protection more than all other parties involved). And are the ones that that are potentially harmed in the long run.
If they are not fully up to speed on this than something like tinting windows will alert them to something they should already be aware of.. They should be included in --all-- the details. (maybe it's time to be that guy Frank)
Let's not pretend that our children are stupid. If questions are not answered now they will remain until answered.
Way too often kids encounter sick things and no one explains them properly when they happen. As time goes by they seek answers from wherever they can.
So Skip and Mrs Skip you are doing what needs to be done to get the perv to stop.  Don't forget the rest of the story and the reason for the effort in the first place. If you don't feel comfortable explaining this stuff to the kids at least consider finding someone who can.
BTW my long time GF is a professor in psychology and teaches would be therapists with a specialty in child abuse. I'm not speaking from a google search

Yes we do. Its a strange place for sure. We've had enough of the dust storms, lack of jobs, lack of shopping options, weird people, and "the good ol' boys" ruling the town board.  That's why we are selling our house and getting the hell outta here!! Hope it sells soon!

Hmmm......  Some of the same people encouraging you to "take care" of this neighbor are the same ones who bashed me for taking care of mine.  Hypocrisy knows no bounds I suppose.

My neighbor started with harassing my kids on their way to and from school (ages 5 & 13).  They were eventually granted a repeat violence injunction against him.  He violated that injunction twice by exposing himself and grabbing his privates in front of them on 2 separate occasions.  He has friends with the Ocala Police Dept. so they would never do anything to him. 

When we caught him on video trespassing on our property and stealing from us and the police caught him with the stolen property, they refused to do anything other than make him return it.  When he admitted to the 2 violations of our kids' injunction, they refused to do anything.

Two weeks before taking him to court for the violations, he calls the fire dept. out to my house when there was no fire.  When my wife (the kids' injunction is through her) went out to the truck, he came charging from across the street, with his hand raised to strike, onto my property right up behind her.  I tackled him right at her feet.  He should have been arrested for any number of things (false report of fire, public intoxication, witness tampering, trespassing, etc.).  Instead his friends arrested me.  They just wanted a copy from my surveillance cameras showing me tackling him.  They didn't want everything else.  When I showed the SAO the FULL video, the charges were dropped.

Now, I know you guys don't believe anything on here without absolute proof.  So, by all means, contact the Ocala, FL SAO (352-671-5800) and find out how a senior citizen is nearly beaten to death (according to state investigator Beverly Spicher) with 3 firemen watching and the entire thing captured on video, and absolutely nothing is done about it.  See for yourself how evasive they get.  They weren't about to prosecute their scumbag friend, but they couldn't prosecute me because I had the right to use deadly force to stop a forcible felony.

I believe it, I had two relatives in the NYPD that told stories while laughing about it. One was eventually kicked off the force but never prosecuted, & the other, much older, got to retire & tell his tall & repulsive tales at family gatherings.
