ok, get this one. a father in Edwardsville IL. catches a peeping tom that was looking into his 11 year old daughters window. been doing it for atleast 6 mos. a neighbor seen him and reported it. the police even put up motion cameras to catch him. with film of him and watching him for so long, the father finally seen him and ran after him tackling him in an alley. they have all the proof and everything, and will charge him with "STALKING".  yep, just stalking. what kind of punishment will he get for stalking? here is the story.
