Our local Dodge store has a Lime green one sitting on the lot.  I wish I didn't see it sitting there  :scratchchin:

Hemi-Hampton, your late to the party. Jay Leno already bought one from a dealership and gave it away. But, who can afford a 60K car these days. ?

A lot of people can afford a 60K car and will buy this one when it becomes available at 60K. For now very few are getting one for that price.
I am a buyer but chose not to get in line on a list waiting to be able to order.
If this car came out at 70K I would not be a buyer. Their is a threshold here that I think is a big one.
---Hypothetical situation--- Let's say the msrp price came in at 50K :shruggy:----How many would say 50K is out of reach?

How funny it would be to be laughing at those paying 10K over for a 50K car. :slap:

The market is setting the price for now and I suspect that dodge is very happy.

Yeah, I know, but how many people seen one with the Blacked out hood treatment at Dealership or Facebook? :scratchchin:

1974dodgecharger

People are actually reselling their cars that they bought from dealers and are making money!!!

Theres at least two dudes who got one of the first hellcats off the truck and got it at 1k over MSRP (1k was to the salesman commission) and now are asking 84k for them and are selling and have been sold.

did you even register and pay taxes to even break even?

hemi-hampton

If you Ordered a Hellcat with hood black out option it will come with a special hood cleaning Brochure. Interesting read. LEON.

JB400

Is there any special procedures in the brochure that might help those with 2nd gens with the v21 stripe package, organisol tail light black outs, or someone's AAR Cuda hood?

1974dodgecharger

If everyone finances for a hellcat as an investment does it make valuable in 10 years.....seems that's the going theme.

Ghoste

I think they might not be all that happy with their ROI.

ACUDANUT

I wonder what jay Leno paid for his.
