how much would a stock 26" radiator be worth?

Apparently not much. I have had mine on craigslist for a while asking $100 with no hits.

Depends on the part number.  I can't afford a 69 Charger radiator, but the c body rad works just fine.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
