Looking For Shop In Houston Area To Install TTI Exhaust System

Does anyone know of a shop in the Houston area I can get a TTI exhaust system installed including headers for my 1971 Charger? Currently has repo Hi-Perf cast iron manifolds and dual exhaust. Really miss the headers. Thanks.

I know this isn't an answer to your question, but hope this helps. I bought the entire TTI kit from front to back and installed it myself in my garage. I didn't think it was too difficult, and had no fitting problems. It all bolts together very straight-forward. If you have problems finding a shop, could consider saving the $ and doing on your own.

Have you tried Advanced Restoration and Collision in Huffman.  Not 100% sure of this number....281-324-7284.  He just helped me out with my upper and lower control arm bushings.  Did a good job and quick.  Good luck.  Scott

I have installed tti systems on both of my cars. No special tools required. Save your cash for something nice for your car.

Unless you are physically unable to do the work yourself because of not being able to work on your back under the Charger, it is a pretty straightforward install. The headers are probably the hardest part but I understand they are not really hard to install on a 3rd gen B body.

My Charger has a complete TTi exhaust system on it and, besides the headers (they are a b#&ch to install on the Hemi already in the car), the rest of the exhaust system went on really easy. Just take your time and leave everything a little loose when installing the pipes and hangers. When it is all on the Charger, go back and tighten everything from the motor working back to the end pieces, adjusting the pipes and hangers along the way, and you will be surprised how easy it was.

That said, if you cannot do it yourself and are willing to pay someone to do it, I would give Advanced Restorations a call and, maybe go by there to talk with them personally about it. They are MOPAR specialists and do good work. Not cheap but it ill be done right. They are in Huffman, just a little north of FM1960 off FM2100 on the right as you travel north on FM 2100. I think their physical address is on First St. but just turn right at the first street north of FM1960 after you turn north on FM2100 and you can see the shop.

You should be able to install the headers yourself. I installed a set in my friend's '71 Challenger last year then we went over to Affordable Muffler on Dairy Ashford and he connected the pipes to the collectors of the headers....... I live in Cypress.......
