Canadians Singing the Star Spangled Banner

Heard about this and thought I would share it here as I thought it was pretty cool!

Before the Toronto Maple Leafs got their a$$es handed to them by the Nashville Predators the other night, the crowd stepped in to help the lady that was singing the two national anthems before the game.

Partway through the Star Spangled Banner the microphone started to cutout and after a second or two the crowd jumped in to pick up where the singer left off.

Traditionally the crowd always sings Oh Canada but I can't recall the last time I heard them sing our neighbours anthem.

My enthusiasm is/was genuine. I respect and
admire all nation's national anthems. I've also
held Canada in the highest regard.
The United States is very fortunate to have
such a good neighbor.

You know, for the longest time I had no clue who this guy was or what his claim to fame was.  I thought his last name was Beaver and always got a kick outta the folks on the radio stating everyone has "Beaver Fever"!
