A guy I work with has always talked about a ' 70 Road Runner he bought brand new way back in ' 70. He sold it back in ' 76 or so and has wondered ever since what happened to it...He recently found the original window sticker, so now we have a VIN to search for:  RM21N0G212736   He would like to find out if the car still exists.

Did you post it over at moparts yet? Probably not a whole lot of RR owners here.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Highland IL is just up the road from me.  I wonder if that dealership is still around?  That area was pretty much just a small farm community.  It has grown up a bit.

Plymouth
Chrysler
Imperial  ?

Imperial was its own brand back in the day?  I always thought it was a Chrysler...  (man that is old school :icon_smile_big:)

I got one, & it's a coupe with a manual trans that was an original 383 car as well. Just for the heck of it, I'll have to look at the VIN later.

It wasn't stolen, was it?

Well the pentastar that started life on February 5, 1963 was for the 5 brands Plymouth, Dodge, Imperial[/color], Chrysler and Dodge trucks (some say Fargo for the Canadian variant).

-sometimes just sticking to the General and just quickly scanning the Off-Topic section may have its drawbacks. ;D To many forums too little time.

Nope, not stolen. He sold it and it dissappeared from the area, he's  just wondering whatever became of it...

You never know. :D I haven't registered the car yet, & it's changed hands several times since it came out of a barn in PA. I will know soon enough when I go to DMV.

I've never had a 'bee, but there was a blue one runnin' around town a few years ago...

yep this was a faded B5 blue, white Vynil top.  Had 383 badges but running a 440.  Needed alot of work but overall looked good,  The guy said he gave 10k for it with a bunch of B body parts included.  He didn't tell me what parts he got in the deal, but 10K seemed a bit steep to me.  I would have considered 5 or 6K a good deal but I am very cheep :yesnod:  Have you heard about the KSHE car show?  It is at Gateway this year.  I am probably going if you decide to go let me know.  I always enjoy meeting people and putting faces with screen names.  i think it is April 23.
