Am i missing anything from this firm feel set up?

I'm trying to do my homework before i get my chance to buy my car and looking for suspensions,steering and front disk break convention.

Am i missing something from this set up suspensionvise that i would need to buy?

My budget would be 5-6 k for the suspension,break and steering?
Car would be just a sunday driver ,no tracks or racing just burnouts  

Wanna get 15" magnum 500'.

Also would like to get Brewer's 4 speed conversion package as well which starts from 4k!Bit much but i don't have time collecting parts from here and there because I'm from Hungary and wanna put everything in the car before she is sailing out!

What route would you guys go if you have only my budget?

I calculated 5-6k for suspension,breaks,steering.
3k interior but that could wait as the car won't be ready in the next 12 months,if i buy it!
1,5-2k for wheels and tires.
4k for the 4 speed set up!

So if you could spend 15k for these and you have to ship everything together,how would you do your shopping?

I prefer to use my SPC double adjustable upper arms. Easier to align and greater range than any tubular arm on the market. I also use/sell heim jointed strut rods. I do not like having play in the lower arms. Combine the strut rods with delrin lower arm bushings, and you have a solid bind free lower arm to work with.  Bergmanautocraft.com
