Door Belt clips

[440 magnum]

I just had the upper door belt stainless steel trim polished and now im ready to install.  Ive been looking for new clips for the belt trim and cant find any.  So I plan on using the originals, but there seems to be a seal on the clips on the bottom end.  I want to replace the seals or felts, not sure what the material is since it now looks like a hard rubber or plastic.  Probably the aging seal.  What are you guys using as a replacement seal?
