Where do these wires go. 70 ralley dash

I'm finishing my dash prior to installation and have a question or two.   In the pic where does the long wire with red,black, yellow and orange go.  I am aware that this is dome lighting wire and I do have a center console.  I this the wire that goes to the console?   Also what do I do with the yellow wire clusters and buzzer in my hand in the picture.  Thanks  for any help.

If you're talking about the long harness run that wraps around from the dash harness, counter clockwise in your pick to the left, then yes, that looks to be the console harness run.  There is another console harness with all of the lamp sockets on it that plugs into it inside of the console.  I also posted the content Hawkeye mentions on this site...
