The facts here are simple.
1: you bought a custom aftermarket part designed for performance.
2: you never test fit it.
3: the company you bought it from has changed hands since your purchase.
4: it doesnt fit YOUR needs.

I dont understand your quarrel? Anytime i buy a part, i open it and test fit it, even if im not going to use it right now. The simple fact that they were even willing to talk to you is more then most companies will do. The majority of performance parts are "all sales final, no returns"
    When you break an axle, is "insert brand here" responsible to give you a new one?
When i mount my new tires on the car and they rub, should the manufacture have to give me a different size for free?
I very rarely ever see a set of headers fit correctly on a charger but nobody is on here moaning and trashing companies for it.

I would tread lightly. Your topic is way out of line and i dont see it being much longer before a mod steps in and deals with you privately.
