Just saw LS play on the VH1 R&R Hall of Fame Induction show. That was pretty awesome seeing Ed King and Artimus Pyle and Bob Burns playin' with the band. I thought they sounded just as good as ever. Made my night. I also thought Mettalica did a great job playing Black Sabbath.

I've seen them a couple times live over the past couple years. Good shows. Both with .38 Special. I liked .38 Special better though.

except for their new stuff.  but i guess you dont go to a '70's bands concert to hear the new stuff anyways...

The six words you dread to hear at any of these shows:

"This is off our new album."

You serious?  Ed, Bob and Artimus joined the band for this?  Amazing.  Ed King said he would never do it again.  Man do I wish I would have seen this.

Keep checking VH1 for repeats of the ceremonies. They showed it back to back last night. It was pretty neat. They played SHA and Freebird. The only thing I didn't like was that Kid Rock inducted them. Not a big KR fan. He sang SHA with Johnny ad the band. Bob played drums on SHA and Artimus played drums on Freebird. The could still play like there was no tommorrow. Awesome seeing them again. :icon_smile_big:
