Don't know anything about boats but that looks fantastic. I would paint some wheels on it

Ghoste

Wow, I bet you get a lot of looks going through the marina with it.

Mytur Binsdirti

Interesting, but being a flat bottom boat, the thing must turn like crap.

Actually, with that Berkley jet, I,m sure she turns on a dime, and will pin you to the outside of your seat.

I'd bet that it in a turn it would skip and lean towards the outside of the curve instead of digging in and leaning into the turn as a V-hull does.

Wonder what it would cost to build a Charger-boat  :scratchchin: ?
Every great legend has it's humble beginning.
Project 668:
1968 Dodge Charger (318 Car)
Projected Driveline:
383 with mild stroke
Carb intake w/Holley 750 VS

6-Speed Dodge Viper Transmission

Fully rebuilt Dana-60 w/Motive gears. 3.55 Posi, Yukon axles.

Finished in triple black.

Let's not find out.

TUFCAT

Its interesting and unique.....but I'm sure that $2,500 bucks was just a drop in the bucket compared to the build cost.

Ghoste

Boats are just holes in the water that you try to fill with money anyway.

Hmmm....I don't think Hotchkis makes anything for this application...

If I had a 67-9 Barracuda I would want to own it just to tow around behind the road car to shows.  I wouldn't even care about ever putting it in the water.

Ghoste

Oh, I'd want to sail it for sure.  But I'd want to tow it with a Barracuda as well.

I was thinking the same thing. Paint wheels and doors on it.

How about skirt over the tow car wheel wells instead?

TUFCAT

A chrome bumper would do wonders for the front end.

Charger-Bodie

I thought that was where a Barracuda belonged was in the water.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Bobs69

I like that.  One hell of a conversation piece.

How about a Dart Swinger boat.

Ghoste

Dino

Nah use a Daytona or a bird, they kinda look like boats to begin with anyway.   :stirthepot:  :naughty:

Bobs69

That picture looks familiar..........has this boat been on ebay or mentioned someone before?
