Yes, seems that way. If the car was priced right sounds like it would make a great parts car.

Just as today, they were concerned about the cost of fuel and to someone like that, one or two miles per gallon is a lot....

You'll have to beat that air cleaner down first. Be sure to place a chunk of 2X12 on top before you whack it with the sledgehammer.

Hate restricting the air filament.....had a half inch for awhile, then bought a ford drop base with the 2.5inch just barely made it, but I said, 'fck it tired of spending money trying to find the right drop base 60 bucks here and there fucks with you after awhile and just took the hood off and added a 2inch spacer....now my car eats more gas it seems with spacer.

Well it has to fill the space in the spacer so it makes sense that it uses more gas.
