I'd still rather have the Aston Martin..those machine guns would come in handy when some snowbird wants to just cruise in the fast lane.......

Bond is big money.  At least the memorable stuff.

One of the 1/3rd scale filming models of the vintage Aston in "Skyfall" recently auctioned for $100k.  (No, they didn't blow up a real Aston at the end of the movie!)  That's a lot of coin for a display model the size of a go-kart.

Ghoste

The sub car was never streetable, not that one anyway.  The one for sale just did the underwater sequences and it was built as a "wet" sub, meaning the operator has to wear scuba gear as it doesn't hold air.  When RM sold it a year ago it had just been used as a car show display for many years but everything was still there so if you really needed to use it, you could have made it seaworthy (?) again.
So polywideblock, you could potentially still use it.  :icon_smile_big:

Back N Black

I saw it being restored on Rick's Restoration last week. I think its the same one.

Ghoste

Restored?  I don't think it would be that one, could be wrong though.  But they did use at least three for the sequence, one as a regular car, one that was partly transitioned to a sub and then this one.
