Dealer Codes

I have a question that I hope someone might be able to answer for me.  I ordered one of the IBM build cards from the Chrysler Historical Collection for my 1967 Charger sometime back and have decoded most all the information.  Unfortunately, the dealer code is unreadable and I was hoping to find out where my Charger was sold new so that I could eventually have a window sticker made up for my car.  So far I have been unable to find any dealership codes that coincide with the number combinations I have listed below.

Region: # 16 = Philadelphia 

Dealer Code:  92852  (92 is correct)
                                        (However, the 8 could be a 4 or even a 9)   
                                        (Possibility:  92552 or 92352)

Any thoughts?

Check with Dave at ECS - I seem to remember he knows a lot of the dealer codes.

The dealer code is both punched into the card & printed on the top line. Region 16 is "COMPANY CAR" & 92852 is DODGE Regional Office Kansas City, MO.
