19 inches, officially.  Took a tape measure, and we came up with 16 inches.  Still, alot of snow, and it's all wet, heavy crap.

Worked for an hour just to clear the snow around my car.

Me, standing on top of the drift next to my car.  The snow was that heavy, it supported my weight.

This guy tried to do a good deed and help us clear the end of our driveway, but got himself stuck, and had to be pulled out by a grader.  I snapped a picture while he was waiting for the grader to show up.

It hasn't snowed much here at all this winter.  I got the Charger ready to roll, and it's been snowy at least a couple of days every week since.  Nothing that really piles up or anything, just enough to keep the Charger off the highway  :flame:  We really need some snow here to avoid another long summer draught, but if it is going to snow, I wish it would just hammer us and move on...the whole summer to winter flip flop thing is getting pretty old  :icon_smile_angry:

Shakey, I'm in the middle of Nebraska.  Most of the midwest is covered in this white crap now.

Yeah I know how it is Ghost.  We got about 18 inches here.  That was on top of the foot we got last week.  Total on the ground this morning was somewhere just short of a couple feet (some of last weeks stuff had melted).  Buffalo Gap got nailed pretty bad.  They got 20 inches last week and another 20+ from this deal.  We need the moisture though.  Hopefully this stuff melts some before the wind picks up and blows all the moisture out of it.

When I was just a very young lad I looked up and told my dad, a bareback rider's what I wanna be.  I want the whole world to know about me.  In the rodeo arena I'll make my stand.  I wanna be a rodeo man.  I'll come flyin' from the chute with my spurs up high, chaps and boots reachin' for the sky.  Spurin' wild with my head throwed back, you'll ask 'Who's that,' well that's Bareback Jack.  You'll ask 'Who's that,' well that's Bareback Jack.

Do you have a good rust proofing on that Barracuda? I can only imagine what all that moisture is doing to the sheet metal. Up here in Syracuse, NY (the snowiest city in the state) I don't even mess around and the Charger goes into hibernation for 5 months in a barn.

TheGhost

I hate leaving it outside, but I have no other choice.  Parents cars take up the garage, and to both of them, the Barracuda is just an old car, and a waste of my money. ::)  Can't afford to pay for storage, let alone a second car.  I clean it off as best I can after every snowfall, and hope for the best, untill my financial situation improves.

Looks like you guys got the storm that hit us in Utah last sunday, it snowed most of the night & half the day. It was wet & heavy, but at least the temperatures were just above freezing, so the driveway stayed clean after I shoveled.
I like it when that happens. ;D

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
