Headlights and Interior Lights Grounding Issue

So I was driving the Charger this morning and about 4 miles into the trip the headlights and interior dash lights kept cutting off and on. I'm assuming I have a grounding issue somewhere. Where is the most logical place it would be loose?

Foot switch, light switch, rheostat would be the ones I'd check first.
