wait until stage 1, 2, 3 are released for the Hellcat engines....

And the Ford and GM guys are just pouring out in opposition too, talking about Hennesy this and Roush that and claiming that if any aftermarket tuner works on the Hellcats to try and make them compete with the Hennesy's and Roush's that they will explode within 2000 miles because its still just a junky Mopar.

It's exciting to see these companies develope high horsepower versions of these cars.  As an enthusiast with no true brand loyalty; it's all the more fun to just sit back and watch the creations come to be.   :2thumbs:

Sure, of course they do. But running right off the trailer, then waiting an hour or more to cool down, is pretty lame  :scratchchin:

I doubt the other press gathering performance trials are much different nor have ever been.  The idea is to get the best possible and you can bet they are all taking whatever steps they can to ensure it.

20 years from now the hellcat will be a collectible the chalky with manual especially.  The charger hellcat will be collectible only for the engine for people who want to get the challenger he

During that run in my first post you can CLEARLY hear the driver lift off the gas!! Have trouble repeating the 10.7??? Ya the next pass you're gonna break out and run 10.5 if you keep your foot in it!!
The average trap speed for the Hellcat package is 126-27mph and that pass the timeslip is 120MPH, driver CLEARLY lifted!

The car dyno's with 671 WHP AND 604 WTQ, clearly the 707 number is seriously underrated IMHO

707 is a marketing gimmick , if you flip it upside down its  LOL ;)

Mopar could build a 1000 hp...9 second...2 door charger and ppl would still pick it apart.
Usually from the ppl that know nothing about the Gen III Hemis.
Personally, I could careless what GM and Ford have to offer...with that being said...the Hellcat Charger runs a 2.90 0-60 and the new Z06 does it in 2.95.  :popcrn:

I've haven't seen where these hellcat cars are pretending to be something they are not.
The critics from other brand persuasions will do what they do and brand loyalty is why they ramble on. :shruggy:
