Q: Anyone ever dye a seat belt? If so, what did you use...

rit clothing die. Make sure you boil them.

 I used SEM Landau black, its been 8 years and still looks good.

That's impressive.  I have some seat belt material I can test first to come up with the best way to do it.  Some say to soak the item in water first some say no.    I'd think a dry item would absorb more dye.
