Hmm...the faded paint looks too straight on the cowl to be "original" '69 V21 to me   It very well could be since the prior car had the V21...
Looking closer at pics I think you're right!

PS---you're not the only one that has the info on the B5 car

I got the B5 car from another source. (Check your sheet I sent out.) Looks like Chris knows this one also.

Heard back from the seller, and unfortunately, this one does not retain its original fender tag. He is searching for a broadcast sheet at the moment. On a more exciting note - One more 1969 R/T SE sunroof car has been located and its restoration is nearly completed. It is very similar to Red Kilby's charger, but is even more loaded if you can believe that. Hopefully the owner will share a little when it is finally done. I have updated the statistics page for the eBay car and the new R/T SE.

Wish I knew what happened to the R/T SE with a sun roof that was in a fellas backyard back in the 1980's. It had every option and some I didn't know they had on a Charger. It was a gold car and 440 auto. It was  a solid car too.

interesting thread.  Does anyone know what these cars are worth in need of a resto?  Mine needs a full resto but I currently drive it in the summers.  Runs and drives great but the motor is a bit tired.  It is all original numbers matching 383 2 bbl.  I don't know that I will ever have enough resources to restore it like it needs to be.  I also have a 71 SE w/ a 69 440 HP in decent shape but in pieces at the moment.  Working on it slowly...what I can here and there.  I've thought about selling both of them to get a completed 69 or willing to trade if anyone might be interested.  have threads with pics somewhere on here if anyone interested let me know

Thanks Tan Top - got excited at first - then reality hit. You are right Chris - that is a badly done tag! Well, that one will definitely stay an orphan. Best scenario is a real sunroof car with a lost fender tag. Bummer. It would be nice to see this car completely stripped with lots of detailed pics of the sunroof area, roof, and pillars.

Yep,
I check back on that car once in a while. Interestingly enough, that car and the one above with the funny fender tag are less than 100 digits apart in their VINs.

Bump again!  A couple of new X9 Black cars have emerged. One R/T SE Triple Black project in Massachusetts, and a Black/Black R/T in Florida. No pictures as of yet - but I did update the pamphlet.
