Does this look like an early 1970 2944450 wheel. I believe it is off of a 1970 Charger built in September 69. Any idea what it is worth along with the original rallye wheels?

The 7 28 on each side of the valve stem is the month/day code (July, 28). That may coincide with the Sept build date. See the little "M" to the left of it? The little number below the M signifies the year. It's a little hard to tell from your pic, but a 9 would signify the year '69 (again, the date of the wheel 7/28/69 would coincide with the Sept build date).
The part number is on the rim directly behind that valve stem on the hoop. Clean it off & you should see the "450" part number. I don't have one handy of my "450" wheel, but the pic below is from a road wheel so for reference you know where to look for the part number.  :2thumbs:

Worth for just that wheel? To the right buyer, $300-$700. Then again, I've seen them range from $25 - $1000!

If that is a 7/28/69 "450" wheel it will not have a stamped part number. (early 1970 model year "450" & "390" wheels do NOT have a part number stamped as shown above)

Wow, I did not know that.
