Well guys,im going to be buying some shocks soon for my R/T.My front end has been  rebuilt and powdercoated,now it's time for shocks.Should I paint them black or leave em alone? My car is going to be a showcar/street machine,it is not a 100% resto.Any feedback would be great!.............THANKS! :icon_smile_cool:

why would you want to paint them? Personally I would leave them alone

If they are bright white KYBs or Ranchos I paint them black

I agree.  If it's not a 100 point resto, for the most part who cares but when the undercarriage is mostly black, the bright white of some shocks looks kind of goofy in there to me.

KYBs are prown to rusting quickly so paint them before they get installed.

KYB's are probably what im going with so thanks for the heads up about the rust.I thought about the Edlebrocks but im not sure if im going to invest that kind of money.........but I might! ;) :-\
