Hi,

Recently purchased a project 69 Charger with a 69 build, 70 HP 440 with it.
Opened it up and came across these markings on the crank, does anyone know what they mean?

Thanks, Jeroen.

First pic is typical factory casting stuff of no significant meaning.  Second and third pic are from the machine shop that did a previous rebuild.  Meaning unknown to me.  Shop name, person's name, date????? Seems to heavy to be the bob weight.   :Twocents:

500" NA, Eddy head, pump gas, exhaust manifold with 2 1/2 exhaust with tailpipes
4150 lbs with driver, 3.23 gear, stock converter
11.68 @ 120.2 mph

The stamping on the counterweight might be the balance job number....many shops do this so that replacement parts can be weight-matched.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
