Can someone please tell me what this stuff is?  It came with some 70 charger stuff, so Iam assuming it goes to the car somewhere

Thank you Dodge Don,  Anyone know what the other brackets go to.  The mount to something plastic, because the remnants are still screwed to one of them.

The pair of "U" stuff looks similar to doors key cilinder clips. Jus saying similar

Look the same but the scale is way off.....those pieces are huge compared to the door lock clips.
