vent window bolt? 69 charger

Ok, it's been severely years since we took this car apart and I need a little information on my vent window hardware. Actually just need info on one bolt.  The hole on the outside edge of the door requires a long bolt.
Is this a machine bolt or sheet metal screw, and what is the thread ?

IIRC all of the attaching hardware for the vent window assembly is 5/16"-18, with the exception of the little allen headed screw that goes up along the belt line & is accessed thru a little hole in the door frame. That is 1/4"-20.

It was very small, maybe 1/2" in length.
