10 - 40 graphite oil

Doing some work in the southeren teir of New York.The lady that owns the house has 9 quarts of 10/40 weight  graphite oil. Ive only seen graphite in small quantities. Does the graphite have any value? She would like to sell . moparnut

ARCO Graphite is the brand I remember in the 1970's.    If this is what you are talking about, I would not run it in my car.    The oil doesn't go bad as such, but I don't think you can trust the additive package.    No real collector value, a few bucks a quart, I suppose.

Aero 426 Thanks for the replie.Arco is the brand and she does think its around 1970.Will tell her the to hold on to another 44 years. Thanks again  moparnut
