I don't know what they are worth.  If you have one like the one in the ad, it is the only one I know of.  My limit would probably be around what it would cost me to have one fabbed I suppose, or a little more as I think having a direct connection one would be cool.  I am in USA and had not noticed you were in NZ, shipping would be beast.  In any event, if you ever decide to sell it let me know, I'd find a way to do it.  Otherwise, can't wait to see photos of the car with the spoiler on it!

I'll take a couple of photos of it. If you need dimensions to get one made up same size, happy to do that for you. Haven't seen it in a while its wrapped up from our last move, but I do remember the direct connection sticker on it. The thing is very light. If I do decide to sell it, you have first dibs.

Man I appreciate that.  Photos and dimensions would be great!  A photo of it mocked up against the front of the car would be excellent, but I understand that is likely a pain and may be undoable, no big deal.  And again, if you decide to sell it let me know!

would not mind seeing the Direct connection spoiler in real life ! or good pictures of one ,  would be good if we could get the dimensions off one ,

I put mine back ,  because it reminded me of the small front spoilers the second generation grand national chargers , were running back in the day !!

I admit that I downplayed my excitement C500 said he had one.  I am actually chomping at the bit to see photos and get dimensions.

I know most the guys around here that like the spoilers like the camaro style that match up with the signal lights and don't block the wheels.  I may be in the minority, but I love the way the full length d.c. looks in the ad picture and would want to replicate it as closely as possible.  I honestly thought maybe it could be an artist rendering or something because I have not been able to find one.  Now that C500 has one, we can at least get the specs and photos to make one like it.  I am really looking forward to seeing it.  I am also curious as to whether it uses existing valence holes.

ok gents, took a couple of quick shots. Overall length is 1570 mm. Can take some more detailed measurements if someone wants to have one made.

can't sit it on to show you sorry, nothing to hang it off right now  :icon_smile_big:  and yes, it did fit on existing holes

No problem man I really appreciate the photos, I can tell the length where it is sitting on your trunk.  I looked up the part number and got nothing.

I have to have one.  Simple as that.

As you can see, it's quite a complex shape with the convex recess running along it. The width of the dc one looks better than the shorter spoilers IMO. never seen another either, but they're bound to be out there somewhere.

It is a complex shape.  I am a little discouraged as far as making one.

C500 takes a fiberglass mold of the spoiler, cuts it in half and ships it to the US.  It'll be cheap and light.  Once here reattach and make a new mold.  Rinse and repeat.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

That is an excellent idea.  I am happy to kick in on costs!

Ok, I am finding some info now.  That was actually the part number associated with Direct Connection's A body front spoiler.  Found it on For A bodies Only, a pair of front and rears recently sold on ebay, etc.

So, we are gonna have to see it mocked up (an old photo maybe C500?) to see if it looks like the one in the ad... (maybe there wasn't a B body spoiler?)

Just found a couple too of those ads too. Will see if I can get it onto a buddys 68 for a photoshoot in the next day or 2. Will check if I have any photos of it fitted to mine, but don't think I do.
