Ram rear axle

Two years ago the speed sensor broke in half on a road trip. The sensor end droped thru the gears at freeway speeds. The remaining loose end let most of the gear oil leak out.

Cleaned it out on the side of the road, new sensor and lube . Noisy ,but that what 20K. miles ago. Now its getter really noisy. time to fix it.

2004 Ram 1500,4x4. 3.92 ratio,hemi. auto.  9.25 axle/open

Any recomendation on gear sets?   richmond,spicer,motive, Mopar ?

Richmond gears are nothing to snuff at but after many years enjoying hardcore four
wheeling back in the day I'd buy Spicer every time.

factory mopar  will be the best then motive for sound. i ran 456 motives in a 07 ram and they had a little wine around 45.
