Engine Mount Bolt Sizes?

Just wondering if anyone can help me out here - I scored a nice 440 for my '70 Satty, and donated my old non-HP 383 to a friend who's putting it into his (now ex-small-block) Coronet.  I gave him the whole thing, including the K-frame bolts, as well as the engine mounts.

I really should have double-checked, because the 440 just came with the engine mounts...god knows where the actual bolts went.  Lost, I suspect, when the guy I got it from pulled it.  Well, now I need to get myself a set of bolts for the engine block to the mounting "ears", as well as to the K-Frame itself.  Can anyone help me out with the actual sizes of the bolts?

I dug up these pictures on the Internet - looks like I'm looking for 3 long and 5 short (2 different lengths?) bolts.  I understand that I can get the proper grade bolts at a dedicated bolt store if I have the right size.

Anyone?  Experts?

Just ran into this. It's almost midnight and tomorrow (Sunday) I'll be out until afternoon. Monday I'm heading out on vacation. I'll try to get measurements tomorrow evening and post. I just pulled my engine and the mounts & bolts are laying on the shelf. Easy to do but time is short. I'll see what I can do.

Ok here's what came off my '71 383:
All bolts are fine thread, grade 5.
3) 7/16" x 1.5"
2) 7/16" x 2"
1) 7/16" x 4.25" (you will have to buy a 4.5").
Some had locknuts on them, some had lockwashers.

2) motor mount to K member bolts - 7/16" x 3.5".

You can pretty much get these at any hardware.
Left mount in pic is pass. side. Right one pictured is drivers side.

Perfect!  Thanks ever so much!   :2thumbs:

I had the 7/16 by 2 inch ones figured out, but would have guessed incorrectly on most of the others.  :slap:

Since I'm going to a bolt specialty place, I should be able to get exactly what I need - and I'll probably spend the extra 2 bucks and go with grade 8.

Again - thanks!
