NEW RIDE ... 74 Dodge Dart Sport 360

Picked u another new ride. Two reasons for purchase...hole in roof and 4spd.  It is a fun little ride and has been sitting for 6 years.  Appears to have factory torque boxes.  Solid little car,  but needs some TLC as expected.  Already borrowing parts from the Charger...lol
I am having trouble figuring out the fender tag and wondering if someone could help.

I recognize that car......I used to see it advertised for sale all the time, the guy lived on 60th Ave in Cloverdale. Used to park it in his driveway all the time. I decoded the fender tag, here's what I got....

I got the same thing but the first line is what's confusing....

Typo...should be V9X = "Up and over" black stripe.
L1 = built on assembly line #1 at the Hamtramck plant. ("typically" Darts on L1 and Dusters and E bodies on L2 for 74 Hamtramck.
934. Unknown to me. Research continues....

Thx. for the help. Yes Cody that Dart was for sale for years from the guy on 60th ave.  He advertised it for over 10K .   You know me, so I won't pay that much...and it has been sitting so it ran like crap.  Some TLC and a few borrowed Charger parts....air care and I drive it.  

I can confirm all the options listed visually.  There are map lights,  rear speaker, and rear defogger in the car as well.  Wonder if the unknown may be for these options.
What's up with that speedo??  It is in metric

It is a metric speedo but Canada didn't go to kilospeed until 77.
