  (FAKE winged cars are very similar to the old kit-cars back in the day. It's only something that's trying to look like something that it's not.)

   I'd be willing to bet there were very few "real" factory bodied 500 & Daytona cars on the track. The rest were parts attached to 68 Charger sheet metal.

Pretty cool Troy! I think the trade sounds pretty fair for both involved. Those pics you took remind me of the ones i shot last summer lol. NOT to hijack, but here are a couple other "double daytona" shots..

Could not go the first day without messing with the black Daytona.... Replaced the dual snorkel with the proper unsilenced air cleaner : unless its a California car which I need to check on the fender tag now that I am thinking about it. Also replacing the throttle linkage with the 69 version. I still have half a can of organisol, so guess what is happening with that....

Kiddos seemed to enjoy the car...

I think I have a proper Midland-Ross booster and then I'll address other things in the engine bay detail-wise; upper rad hose, routing of plug wires, etc.....

Dave I have a 440/6 w/a TKO 5spd .64 OD in my Daytona, and whether I'm on the track/course or public highway, I wring out the speedo any chance I get
