Does anyone make a cloth repro headliner for '68, '69, '70

Clearly the original headliner in my 68 Charger is cloth and the repro I just purchased is vinyl.

Vinyl is all I've ever see in a repro.  I haven't installed it yet, but so far I don't like it as well as the original, because it doesn't look exactly like the original.  Looks pretty good but not correct.

I found this thread from 2008 that says all repro headliners are vinyl.

Just wanted to hear from some others if that really is the case.

I agree with ghoste, some one had previously replaced that one in your car,
Vinyl is originall factory material

Ghoste,

Are you saying there are no cloth reproductions, or that there were no cloth headliners from the factory?

I would have thought cloth would be the original material.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

As the others affirmed, I was speaking from the factory.

That is very interesting.

I've had this car since ~1988 and always assumed it had the original headliner in it.

However, at some point between 1968 and 1988 someone had re-painted the car metallic blue (originally metallic green) AND had the front seats re-covered (nice job, but no pleats), so I'll bet at that same time they probably replaced a ratty headliner...

A lot things happen in 20 years on these cars don't they? ;D
