This was put on Facebook by a member here , and as one of the comments said " It`s on the internet so it has to be true " .

I like it how everyone gets all mad about it......
Me to . Very entertaining .

I'm just reading some of the comments you soon realize the younger crowd love the 4 doors charger and some didnt even know a 2 door charger exists.  Some called the new charger a 3rd gen.....and 2009 to 2014 i think they call 2nd gen, lol....

Makes me want to put the name badges on my car again, just to trip out the kiddies...

I had a kid in a fox body 5.0 pull up next to me at a light a couple of years ago , " What kind of car is that ? " .

The Production Hell Cat cars are suppose to have flat black hoods on them. :scratchchin:

I've heard/read it's a $900+ option for the black hood :shruggy:

charger1972

Not sure on the black hood . All pics I have seen hoods are body color .

Anyone else see a Storm Trooper look to the front of the white '15 Charger ??     :shruggy:
I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

Theres a vanity plate idea.

I know the Challenger gets the black out option.  I don't think it'd look very good on the Charger.  Stripes maybe? :scratchchin:

Cant wait to see who buys it, documents it, saves it in garage, 30 years later with 200 miles on it tries to sell it for 3 million dollars.

This happens to me almost everyday.  And my car has all of its badges.

I am buying it.  I had already resolved myself to buy the challenger hellcat.  And resolved myself to the pain of children in a 2 door.  Fair enough.  After getting a continual brush off from the dealers though, I wasn't sure what I was gonna do.  Then this.  The 4 door hellcat.  Yes.  I will own it.  I have 2 cars to sell to get it, but apparently I have a few months.  It will be mine.  I intend to wear a storm trooper helmet when I drive it as well.

Never been a fan of white cars, but, the Charger SRT Hellcat pulls it off.      :2thumbs:

Are you going to get the "Storm Trooper Special Edition"?    It DOES come with a helmet.

Hah, no.  I do think this car pulls off white better than most, but I am not a big fan of white cars,  I will have to wait and see what colors are available with the charger.  I admit I was a little disappointed with the challenger colors, as Hemi Orange wasn't one of them  I can't imagine that the charger colors will be mor expansive, so I assume I will have a black car.  Maybe a Darth Vader helmet will do it.

Awesome.  That'll be one helluva car to own and drive.  I hope your 2nd 'Gen isn't one of the cars you're getting rid of, though...

No chance.  I have a c63 and a 2009 SRT challenger that are both gonna go to make way for the hellcat.

I wonder what insurance will be like on these things?

The average person having access to so much available power would allow the potential for a mishap to be quite high I imagine.

I agree.  I imagine the insurance will be daunting to say the least.  That is one of the reasons why I figure I had better trade 2 for 1.

I have the Hellcat challenger on order, Canadian order banks were open at one point LOL. Called my insurance too find out how much?? Was paying $1200 per yr on my 2013 QQ 4x4 Ram Sport and the hellcat will be $1336 per YEAR!! $136 more a year!!!!
As for the satin black hood in Canada it's a $995 option!
Can't wait too see either of these new monsters on the roads!! Both VERY cool cars IMHO

The Interceptors don't get the Hellcat engines.  They're stuck with either v6's or 5.7 Hemi's :hah:

That's what they want you to think...  :hah:
