Not sure about this car because I don't have the broadcast sheet, but 500's could have come with the 14" Road Wheels... But, the 15" Chrome Magnums, nope..... People just started putting those on over the years because they look nice.......

   Mine had 14 X 6 in. steel wheels with Firestone red lines  and full wheel covers on it when it was at the dealers and i got it...
