It was one year ago today that the great one, Notorious BIG, died from natural causes.

I know we were all shocked by this mindless violence in the rap world.

Chris G.

8:51 in the morning and you're already on the suds?  Pace yourself dude, or you'll be out by noon.

Natural causes would be? Dieing because you weigh 390 pounds and party like there is no tomorrow?

Notorious BIG, died from natural causes.

I thought he was shot like twelve times ???
Of course that would still be considered natural causes in the world of rap.

That was over 9 years ago...

"Biggie was tragically murdered on March 9, 1997. To hear details about the shooting,..."

http://members.aol.com/subseven/biggie.html

" Christopher Wallace (May 21, 1972 – March 9, 1997), also known as Biggie Smalls (after a stylish gangster in 1975's Let's Do it Again) and Frank White (from the film King of New York), but best known as The Notorious B.I.G. (Business Instead of Game and, since his death, Books Instead of Guns), was a popular Brooklyn-born rapper of the mid-1990s. Following his untimely death in 1997, he has been immortalized as a hip hop legend."

I am with Telvis on this one.  The only guy worth the moniker "big" was The Big Bopper.  He, Ritchie Valens and Buddy Holley all died in the same plane crash.  As Don MacLean once sang; it was "the day the music died".

Cool, get shot 12 times then die from natural causes, that sounds fun.
"Let me explain something to you, um i am not Mr. Lebowski, you're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the dude, so that's what you call me. That or his dudeness, or duder, or you know, el duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing."

In the violence climate of that world, dying of 12 gunshots practically is considered "natural causes."

It's been pointed out that Tupac didn't have a criminal record until he had a record deal.  And Fitty got shot, then started getting taken seriously right on schedule.

nh_mopar_fan

Psst, the "natural causes" was a joke referring to exactly that.

So do they pay people to shoot them after they get the big payoff from a contract.

Do they have people employed for this in the RAP world? you know guys who will administer a gunshot with surgical precsion to make the rapper gain street cred? Just as long as they don't kill the guy just wound him. I guess they need to give those guys more training on which body parts to shoot so as to not kill the rapper.

"Dude don't hold the trigger down that will keep it firing"
